Eek, pop, crunch, thud!

Well, that was fun.

I just had another appointment with the Chiropractor.

As I said in my last post, I've stopped taking the anti-inflammatory's, a move that David has agreed with.

According to David, anti-inflammatory's usually break the inflammation cycle, and allow the body to heal on it's own. The fact that whenever I stop taking them I revert back to the way I was is an indication that something is seriously wrong. Not taking them will give David a more accurate look at whether I'm getting better or not.

In the previous five sessions David has done two adjustments. The first is either my right hip or my lower back, the second is either my upper back or my neck.

This time he did four. Hip, middle back, upper back and neck.

At this current point in time, I am sitting at my desk at work, with an ice pack on my lower back, after it's already spent some time on my middle back, and later it will be spending time on my upper back and neck.

I feel better now.
